The 2006 Subaru Forester 2.5X brings on the horsepower with this 2.5-liter 4-cylinder engine, stiffens the suspension, and makes improvements to the manual transmission with the addition of a short throw for a more precise feel over previous years. This Forester 2.5X has design changes to the front end, grille, exterior lights were also re-done, bumpers are now body-colored, and turn signals are incorporated into the side mirrors.
